The Cain Halter YMCA in Greenville SC, who has been such a great partner of the FPC over the years, is again allowing us use of their facilities to host roll practices and clinics throughout 2024.

Recap: Chattooga Fest 2022
Paddling was at its pinnacle over the weekend, featuring plenty of rain, good water levels, pleasant weather, fun lines, PFDs, and the pushing of comfort levels. From flat-water joys to the rush of Class IV whitewater, each paddler partaking in activity was treated to an excellent array of opportunities.

FPC assists in the removal of 41 tires from the Reedy River
Volunteers from Foothills Paddling Club teamed up with our long time conservation partner, Save Our Saluda, to remove, among other things, 41 tires from a 900-foot section of the Reedy River in Downtown Greenville, SC.
A Pilgrimage to Remember
I was truly overjoyed to have spent such a wonderful weekend with great people up in the mountains. As an Arizona girl who is well-accustomed to the stoke surrounding a simple shift in the weather, I was enlivened to feel the general fever of the group .
The Return of Chattooga Fest
The stoke was high as Foothills Paddling Club’s most popular annual river fest returned this year, after being cancelled in 2020 due to COVID.
