UPDATE: Due to the inclement weather expected from Hurricane Helene, Duke Energy has cancelled the Nantahala Releases this weekend. Because of this weather an since there will be no scheduled release, we have decided to cancel this event.

We will be holding another river day on the Nantahala during During the Cascades release. We will have trip leaders for the Lower Nantahala, which is a class II(III), as well as the Upper Nantahala, which is a class III+
