Every year, members of Foothills Paddling Club, partner up with Save Our Saluda to clean up a river in the Upper Saluda Watershed. Last year was a huge success, with the removal of over 41 tires, and we are hoping this year will be no different!
Experienced paddlers are especially vital to these clean up since we have the knowledge and equipment to safely access areas of the river that strictly land based crews cannot.
