Help Wanted
Foothills Paddling Club is in need of members to volunteer in active roles on our Board. These positions will require regular active participation in club meetings and events. If you love FPC and would like to help us keep the wheels greased, please apply for an open position.
Member at Large
The Member-at-Large shall serve as a liaison between the Membership and the Board, serving as a conduit for suggestions, complaints, and concerns; and keeping the sources anonymous when possible. The Member-at-Large shall have the same voting privileges as other Club Officers. The preference is for the Member(s)-at-Large to be representatives of geographical regions where a significant Club membership population is present but no board members reside. We currently are seeking member representation outside of Greenville, Augusta, Bryson City, and Charlotte.
Committee Members
Committee members will Serve with the Board Officers and Member(s) at large to help organize and coordinate events, instruction, and social efforts for the rest of the club membership body. The committees are: Event Planning & Membership Retention, Conservation, Education & Safety, and Social Media & Communications
